I am Jim and I have a love of God's creation, most specifically experienced on the water. I share that experience with others in a ministry called Outdoor Immersion. I work with disadvantaged kids a lot through various organizations. I also work with adults and facilitate climbing, camping, fishing, hiking, trailrunning and cycling as well. I also am married, have four children and work full time as a mortgage consultant. I am hoping for the opportunity to do Outdoor Immersion full time someday and am in the process of beginning to build a level of sustainable support income to that end. AND...the first pic I submitted was picked as PIC OF THE WEEK! How cool is that?!?!? Glad to be part of the crew and may your bow be pointed to fulfillment and your wake filled with benevolance!

Howdy Erin!
Thank you, very much! I see you are bundled up on the water. Some of my favorite times are deep winter. Ciao

@Kev, Thanks for the welcome aaaand....always return by a different route!
@fishaholic - Just Northwest of Pittsburgh, downstream on the Ohio - Aliquippa, PA - old recovering (barely) steel town. I am breaking through spiritual, cultural boundaries that perpetuate fear of the unknown outdoors. Once I get them in it, you know...you're fishaholic....their hooked. ")

Currently, I have 8 9.5 Otters, 1 - OT Castaway 12 and 2 - Carolina 14s with three 16 canoes. Dare I say, I need more AND want a fleet of duckies?!?!?!

Hey Truik - Thanks for the welcome. God provides! I had a guy donate two 16ft kevlar boats. They were beautiful, but not good for scared beginners. Took them to a local shop and they traded 7 of the Otters for the two. Instant fleet. Two of the canoes were also donated. The Carolinas are in great shape but bought used...two boats, two $160 paddles for the price of one! Very thankful.
@Adrian - Howdy! Glad to be aboard!
